NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Sufficiency of Textbooks and Instructional Materials 2026–2027 School Year

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Dunham Elementary School District will hold a public hearing regarding the sufficiency of textbooks and instructional materials for the 2026–2027 school year.
The public hearing will encourage participation by parents/guardians, teachers, bargaining unit representatives, and community members regarding the availability and sufficiency of textbooks and instructional materials for District students.
Following the public hearing, the Board of Trustees will consider adoption of a resolution determining whether each pupil in the District has sufficient textbooks or instructional materials, or both, in each subject that are consistent with the content and cycles of the curriculum frameworks adopted by the State Board of Education.

Resolution No. 2026-27-03 Sufficiency of Textbooks and Instructional Materials for the 2026–2027 School Year
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Dunham Elementary School District determines that students in grades TK–6 have sufficient textbooks or instructional materials, or both, in each required subject area that are consistent with the content and cycles of the curriculum frameworks adopted by the State Board of Education for the 2026–2027 school year.
Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend the public hearing and provide comment.
