Hello Dunham Families,
I hope you are all well and safe with the additional crises that are happening around us. We wanted to give additional information about today’s materials pick-up. It will take place from 2:00-7:00pm. Depending upon the air quality, staff may or may not be present from 2:00-3:00pm for the “honk and great”. Tables have been set up on the sidewalk in front of the office area and are marked by grade levels and student materials are marked by name.
Please do the following:
- Park your vehicle in a parking spot
- Be careful crossing any portion of the parking lot
- Collect student materials items from the applicable grade level tables
- Masks are required for everyone
- Please observe social distance protocols
As much as we are excited to have our Dunham families on campus please remember that the school grounds are closed and we would encourage you not to linger on campus. Our goal is to get everyone the needed materials in the safest way possible.
Today, 2:00-3:00pm PTO will be onsite providing Otter Pops or popcorn. This will take place with people in their vehicles as they exit the school parking lot.
We will do this same process all over again on Thursday (8/20) from 4:00-7:00pm for those that were not able to come today.
