Hello Dunham Families,
At the February 9, 2021 Board meeting, the School Board set a new date of April 12, 2021 (unless otherwise safe to return) for the return date to on-site classes for this school year. This is the day we return from our extended spring break. Two important letters went out last week (2/8 & 2/11) about our spring return to on-site classes. If you have not already read them and done the accompanying survey please do so. The information can be found under the “News” tab at our school website: https://dunhamsd.org/news/ .
I know there are lots of questions out there about COVID-19 scenarios with symptoms, exposure, quarantines, and notification/communication. The Sonoma County Department of Health Services has provided the below charts for Sonoma County schools. Please review these documents as they answer many questions.
On Wednesday, February 24, at 6:30 p.m., we will be holding a parent information night. This meeting will be focusing on the safety measures and protocols that will be instituted for on-campus hybrid classes. During the month of March we will hold a second parent information night about the hybrid academic program as well as the distance learning academic program. I would highly encourage you to attend. This meeting will give you a good understanding of how school will be different than what we all have previously experienced.

Pajama Day is next Wednesday, February 24. We encourage all Dunham Dragons to show your school spirit and dress up. If you would like to share your school spirit with your classmates have a parent email a picture to dhoffman@dunhamsd.k12.ca.us and we will post it on the school’s Facebook page.
Next week on Thursday, February 25, our PTO will be having a Dine and Donate at Round Table Pizza, located at 40 Raleys Towne Centre, in Rohnert Park, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Bring the attached flyer (below) and 20% of your purchase will be donated to our school. Make Thursday night pizza night and help support Dunham School! Thank you for your support.
