Hello Dunham Families,
The Sonoma County Office of Education distributed of more than 66,000 COVID-19 antigen test kits to nearly all of the county’s 40 school districts today.
These antigen test kits are meant to be used as screening tools within the first 10 days of returning from winter break. The kits include instructions in English on how to use the tests, and SCOE has provided instructions in Spanish as well. Attached to this email are some supplementary PDFs answering frequent questions about the tests, as well as providing details on how families can report positive tests.
Each test kit contains two tests. These test kits are paid for by federal funds and are authorized for the purpose of Dunham School students, not staff members or family members. We have been allotted one test kit per a Dunham student. We highly encourage all Dunham students to take a test in the first 10 days of returning from winter break.
The test kits will be distributed to parents/guardians by the Community Room door that is located below the bell at the following times:
Thursday, January 6, from 7:30-8:00 a.m.
Thursday, January 6, from 2:15-2:45 p.m.
Friday, January 7, from 7:30-8:00 a.m.
Thank you everyone for all you are doing to keep out community safe.
Daniel Hoffman
Superintendent / Principal
Dunham School District
